OK, So i got this nice new Trumpeter kit (two of them actually), and I will of course need to get a third one...

I am going to build a two part diorama called "arch-Rivals" featuring an SA-2 Guidline misile in Revetment, and the F-105G Wild Weasel in its revetment, next to each other. I will need a Fan Song Radar (mobile) and a spoon rest radar (also mobile). It seems I have to scratch build these...

Do anyone have references (like sizes) and good drawings/pictures. my web searches turn up some nice pictures, but not one of them mention dimesions, thus making it almost impossible to do accurately...

So any takers?Question [?]

Winnie,

Welcome to the forums! Wish I could offer you some help but I have no knowledge on AAA/radars. Maybe you could use some of the parts you do have to get a scale dimension and then using your available photos achieve a near-approximation of the dimensions? That's about all I can think of to help you on this problem.

I have found nothing winnie. I have searched thru all my stack of Ref books and found nothing. The only other place I can suggest is maybe if you have a local library to try there. Sorry I cant be of much more help.
