Elevation would not be that hard for that kit.You need to go to radio shack or a r/c hobby shop and find a small motor that you can hide in the body. Then use a rubber band and a fly wheel to hook up.Put the fly wheel at the piont of pivet and rubber band for a to b. Make sure in your motor that you can use aaa batterys to operate it that way it is easyer to stow.Digger

Now that ought to be a sight to see for this thing to be fully functional on a scale railroad...are you going to build the tunnel housing as well and have it motor out, blast a few rounds, then motor back in?

ok, some of you might laugh at this one.........

i bought a leopold kit in 1:35 (trumpiter), and my wife (bless her heart) has decided she would like me to make this thing operational on a model railroad. The silly question i have is which gauge of railroad is closest to this scale, and how do you go about doing this. I suppose i wouldnt get lucky enough to have a conversion kit on the market to buy to do this???? any help would be greatfull.

thanks

jim
