Challenger II instructions
Posted by lizardqing on Thursday, September 2, 2004 9:06 PM
Would anyone have a set of instructions for the trumpeter chally 2? I have the Hobby Craft rebox and it seems that they printed page 2 also on page 5. It is steps 5,6 and 7 that are missing which as far as I can tell includes the road wheel assembly , they rest I have no idea what they are. Thanks.

I also read you post in the LEM. I know I still have it but couldn't find it last night but I'll keep looking.

I have the instructions for the trumpeter challenger 2 kit.

If you can provide me with an email address, I will scan the instructions for you when I get back to work on Monday.

Step 5 is Attaching Wheels

Step 6 is Rear panel assembly

TOW BAR

Parts C45 + C46

Parts C43 + C47(x2) ; Part C42 (x2) attach to C47 (x2)

REAR LIGHTS

C26 ; C27 + C18

FITTINGS (fitting parts into holes rising from bottom to top)

C50 (x2) + E9
Subassembly (towbar)
C16 (x2)
C48 (x2)
then finally fit rear light assembly

Step 7 is Jerry can assembly

E1 + E14 + E17 + E2 + E4

E13 + E11 fits to front of assembly (E1+E14+E17+E2+E4) refer to page 6 section 8 for a drawing of assembled unit

JERRY CANS

E18 + E19

E15 + E16 + E27

Place into subassembly (E1+E14+E17+E2+E4+E13+E11) and enclose with part E3

That is everything on that page. I hope that is of some use to you.
