Check out ALPINE Miniatures "Tanker in Summer" Mfr.# 35015 or the "Tanker with Flare Gun" Mfr.# 35001

Additionally check Nemrod Mfr.# 35020

These look like well sculpted and highly realistic figures in resin.

You could also check the HORNET and WOLF figure series for a new commander figure they have some really good figures available from all nations.
