It's been a while and I haven't seen you on the board in a while, so I don't know if you remembered, but did you ever ge t a chance to look though those Panther books that you said contained diamond zimmerit? You were going to try to get me a volume number. Thanks

It's early and the kids have me exhausted from yesterday, so I can't think straight. Therefore I must ask - "bump"????????

Jason,
it just means i posted a reply for the purpose of moving your post back up on the list.
it had sunk to lower part of page 2, and i figured if Arklight was around he might not see it.

so i 'bumped' it up the list.

Bump,

Set,

Spike.

My daughter was in volleyball.

There is some diamond Zim on a turret in a rebuild yard in a book I just looked at. Try to get back to you soon. It looks like regular zim past but the scribe marks are in a diamond pattern, like the 'square' pattern in size, but without the washboard texture.

Was it the Squadron book? I have decided that Verlinden had to have SOME sort of reference out there and that there is some way that I will be able to find it (the most obvious was asking Verlinden, but they replied they were too busy to reply)> Arklight said he saw a bunch in some Panther books from E. Europe, but couldn't remember the volume. Since there are at least 5 volumes, each at $30-$40 I was trying to narrow it down.
