if its just the glass you need, then take a large flat piece of celluphane, and cut it to shape. if its the frame as well, then you'd better wait for someone who knows where you can find one cuz I dont.
P.S.- if you dont know, celluphane is the clear material ( not plastic, but wood-based) that is used to contain things like kids toys or headphones and stuff.
