I use Zap A Gap CA, and it works well. I have used lots of CA's and personally I realy havnt noticed a big difference in any of them. I think that you will be OK with what ever brand you decide to go with. You are on the right track for the resin pieces as plastic cement cannot melt the resin and weld it.

Regular model glue won't work on resin parts. I use a cyanoacrylate (super glue) glue. The company name is Flash Glue and I get it at hobby stores. It is a thin medium, but thicker super glues are available. Any super glue should work for you as long as you use just enough to bond the parts. Too much of any glue won't work. HTH

Resin Question
Posted by WannabeModeler on Monday, September 27, 2004 10:14 PM
I just got an interior kit for my tamiya tiger by verlinden. The parts are resin and plastic cement does not work on them. I also tried some super glue...I was wondering what kind of adhesive to use and perhaps a specific brand.

thanx
