There are tons of sites, but most are in black and white. Very rare to find alot of color pics of camo patterns. But it is pretty much a given that the base was in Dunklegelb (dark Yellow) with Red Brown and Dark Green shades as the camo patterns. I have books from Squadron and other publications with a bunch of illustrated camp patterns. My advice is to go on www.google.com and do a picture search with Panzer IV as a key word. You should get a bunch of pics.

Most colour pics that you find on the web of W.W.II Armour will probably be of a restored vehicle in a museum or private collection making the colour tones suspect at best. Like Moses has already stated, use the colours that are available on the market from the major paint suppliers like Tamiya or Model Master.
They're as close as you're going to get.
