your stuck until it fades into history!! it will be gone in a week or two. BTW, I have the Yellowhammer's 1/48th set for the Low-vis Felix and they are nice. I think the correct seats arre the NACES SJU-17s

Hey, welcome aboard, Chris. Sorry I can't really help with your Tomcat querry... You may have better luck in the Aircraft forum, though! Smile [:)]

Looking forward to seeing your Cat, in any case!

Just a thought! Check on

www.hannants.co.uk

they have a monster kind of catalogue with tons of decals and aftermarket goodies. Once located, you can always order it from a shop closer to home!

tomcat decals? 1/72 low vis.
Posted by Anonymous on Wednesday, October 6, 2004 2:28 PM
Hi all,
I've been lurking in the bg on the forum for a while. I've gotten back into modeling recently. I'm planning to build Revell Germany's F-14D soon. I like the felix decals but reading a few reviews of this kit it seems the decals are too thick and not of good quality.
I'd like to bulid the low vis version of the felix markings. Does anyone here know of an aftermarket set of these in 1/72. I saw a 1/48 set by yellowhammer called "F-14D Tomcats of the Pacific Fleet" is there a 1/72 of this same set?
Also which are the correct ejection seats for the F-14D? I believe they are the SJU-27 but would like one of you expert 'cat modelers to confirm. Any recommendations on after market seats?
TIA,
chrisj
