Hmmmmmmmmm does this help......

To post pics in the forum, first thing is to go to the site where the pics are,
and bring the pic up on your screen.

Then put the curser over the pic and right click the mouse. This will bring up a
menu - choose "properties". Amonst the info will be a section 'Address' . This
will start with 'http' and finish with '.jpg' or some other picture extension
(.bmp, .gif, etc), .jpg's work best.

Then put the curser just in front of the h in http and hold down the left mouse
button. drag the mouse out past the g in .jpg. This will highlight the whole
address. Let go of the mouse button, place the curser over the highlighted
letters and then rightclick again. Click on the 'copy' option. this will store
the address for you. Then go to the FSM post.

Type what you want, then when you are ready to insert a pic type this:
[ img ] (dont put in the spaces)
this is a HTML command to tell the system you want to insert an image. It must
be square brackets and no spaces. Then put the curser immediately after the last
bracket and right click, and then click on the 'paste' option, this will insert
the pic address that you previously copied. Then put the curser immediately
after the g in .jpg type
[ /img ] (dont put in the spaces)
This is the HTML command to tell the system that the address of the image is
finished. There should be no spaces between the very first [ and the very last ]
(the fourth ] that is). Then the system will automatically link to the web site
and post the pic.

When you want to show images in your post (i.e. work in progress) you just image it in your post. To do that you first have to have the picture hosted on webspace. Once you do you take the web address and image it by putting [img] at the beginning and [ /img] (no space between the bracket and slash). at the end of the webaddress.

Email me your pictures an I will host them for you and email you back the web addreses and show you in the email how to image them. My email is justaskmoses@aol.com.

This isn't really a modeling question, but...

How can you get pictures in you profile so that they show up when you post something? I have a good picture of 4 apaches flying in formation that i took, and want it to be able to show up. Thanks!
