Well, you've got 1/25th and 1/16th, although the cost rises when you get into the larger scales. Tamiya used to market a fairly accurate 1/25th tiger 1, I built it back in the 70's when it retailed for about $50.00, ( a lot of money then, for a model). current releases by several makers in 1.25th and 1/16th will set you back at least $150.00 to over $200.00, depending on the kit.
