Well, you've got 1/25th and 1/16th, although the cost rises when you get into the larger scales. Tamiya used to market a fairly accurate 1/25th tiger 1, I built it back in the 70's when it retailed for about $50.00, ( a lot of money then, for a model). current releases by several makers in 1.25th and 1/16th will set you back at least $150.00 to over $200.00, depending on the kit. Merry Xmas.

There is a thread around here somewhere about 1/25th scale tanks. Off hand, I know Academy has a 1/25th Panther and Jagdpanther. Veriliden has a Pz. III in all resin. I thik it is a 1/25th scale as well. Tamiya has a huge 1/16th Tiger, but it is pricy. Go to Greatmodels.com. You can search under each individual tank and it lists whats out there in decending scale
