Does anybody have the DML pak 40 kit, what is so nice about it. they are raving about hightech 3-d molding.... Is it really that nice?

Don't know about DML, but the AFV Club Pak 40 should be absolutely superb, if the Pak 43/41 and the LefH18/18M is any indication. I have both and am building the Pak43/41. The brass spaced armor is incredible, and is a breath of fresh air compared to the older Tamiya kit (which I have also built). I also give a big thumbs-up to AFV's aluminum barrels, and their excellent rendering of details. These kits take a little longer to build and set up right, but the end product is worth taking the extra time on. The only real "down" side (if you want to call it that), is that AFV's plastic is a little softer than Tamiya's or DML's; but that's why they make putty and glue....
If everything goes right (cross my fingers), the Pak 43/41 will be one of my entries in Atlanta next summer......

I have it on order. It does give a few options, early and latter wheels, three different barrels. I'm psyched. It will be my 1/35 insane build. Much more cost friendly than AFV too.
