my last question about how to weather a model is how do u get that rained out color on the paint that makes it look faded.

Not 100% sure if I understand what you're looking for with this post. Do you mean where the entire tank has a faded look to the paint surface in comparison to a fresh, just painted look?

Ok, now I understand. If you refer to your other post "how to get good weathering", all of the techniques described in that post with bring you to an end result much like that pic. It takes a series of good weathering techniques to achieve the look there.
