As per the posts above, check with www.perthmilitarymodelling.com
They have a review of both of the kits, and fully outline the differences. The two kits are of the early and late production versions. They are essentially the same, with some extra sprues in the late version, with options specific to that vehicle.

One is an early version Luchs, while the other one is the late production version. I can't remember which kit number is which version, but it should say on the box if it is early or late. Kit #35-001 does come with a small p/e set for the rear intake screens. The other kit should have this p/e fret as well. The latest issue of MMIR (#36) has a build review of the Luchs.

What is the difference between the two Tasca Luchs kits (35001 and 35006) aside from decals and the price? Do they both contain the photoetch?
