Just make sure you don't use water base paint as a wash over the future , use oil based paints instead , you said you were using enamel so you should be all set , the key to washes is make sure you use the opposite of what you used for your base paint , if you use water base paint use oil wash and vice versa , that way it does not peel the camo off you tank , which is a disaster , any fogging of the future should dissappear as the wash dries , and there is almost nothing you can,t fix with pastels after . As long as the base paint is not blistering I would not worry too much .
