For a first attempt at a dio, keep it simple. Place it on a road surface beside a knocked down building or someting along that lines. Look for a picture in your references of Stuarts in action and try to get some inspiration from them.

i agree with shermanfreak, but instead of buildings, maybe trees might be easier. Just concentrate on the layout.
