Ooops! The recoiless rifle in the Tamiya accessory set is only 57mm. It's too small! I bought it anyways though...lol
Now I just gotta figure out what to do with it!lol

M106 Recoilless could be fired off the M113. For the M60s, most had an ammo tray as part of the gunshield just like in the Academy kit shields. It is the curved tray to the left of the gun. The belt ammo would be laid out and fed into the M60 straight out of the tray. Later on, ammo boxes that hung off the M60 were introduced as seen on modern M60 mounts, but these are not used with the shields.

Just One Question For You Guys??
Was the 106mm r/rifle ever heard of being used off the back of the M113's or had it to be put on the ground first??
OHH one more thing was the M60 on it belt fed by a single belt or did the have the ammo cans attached to the M60 itself?
Thanks Alot
Robert

That second site has both and Austrailian and a Vietnamese vairiant with a RecoilessRifle mounted on it. COOOOOOL.Cool [8D]
Both would be easy variants to build. The local hobby lobby as the Tamiya weapons accessory set that includes a recoiless and they have an internet coupon this week....
