                        CIP Panels on Kosovo Abrams?HELP

                        Hey guys , I am working on a M1A1 w/Mine Plow abrams for Kosovo, I cant seem to find any pics of these guys, all I have is the abrams that Tamiya provides in the OIF kit instructions. My question is did they use CIP Panels on these abrams or not the tamiya instructions on the OIF kit suggest no , but I know they used them in Bosnia 96 so this would suggest they used them before Kosovo in '99 Heavy Arty I know you know this Big Smile [:D] Please Help.

                        We started using CIPs when I was a tank company commander with the 1st Cavalry Division in Fort Hood, Texas in 1995. Around the time some of our battalions started getting M1A2s.

                        thanks Rob , I know they were starting to be used at that time because I got pics of tanks in Bosnia w/ them but I cant seem to find any pics of an Abrams in Kosovo w/ CIP Panels, and I have never seen them on any Challengers in Kosovo either.

                        They were being field tested in 1995-96, not everyone had them and it would have depended on the unit rotating into Kosovo during that time period as to whether or not they were on a tank.
