Anyone know how to contact Italeri customer service? I just recieve their Chaffee 1/35th and found 2 turrets and no upper hull. For those of you who notice, my emblem should be a black cat with the number 13 tattooed on it running under a ladder.Angry [:(!]

Go to www.testors.com They have the best replacement policy. All you need is the kit number and part number (or whole sprue in your case).

Go here http://www.italeri.com/Default.htm

Scroll down and click on email hotlink. Send them your issue with kit # and part #. They are actually pretty quick in getting you replacement parts.

I initially e-mailed Italeri yesterday before I read Rob's post. They e-mailed me this morning telling me I needed to use Testors, since I was in the US. I called Testors this morning , left a message at 11am and the y called me back at 4 and took my order. Said it will be sent right out. Excellent service (and a relief from the fact that I have been on the other end of customer service this month)
