Were it nor for the fantastic cart-o-graf decals on this model, I would have never
retrieved the kit from the trash bin...twice. Dead [xx(]

This kit gave me some serious problems with paint adhesion...which isn't the kits
problem. It was missing a drive sproket though. Dead [xx(]

I do like how it turned out.

For the drive sprocket, made a really poor one piece RTV mold and cast it in resin. It takes a little practice, but if you use a sewing pin and small amount of resin, you can actually get those little teeth in the sprockets to show up. I was happy with 2/3 of them.

Thanks for the compliment.

Whoah, looks pretty good to me. I have yet to venture into 1/72 yet though I did look at some today. I wound up getting the 1/32 airfix VW.lol

Nice work! I'm glad you retrieved it from the trash. Is that the metal body kit?

Thanks for the compliments. I left the guns off of the kit because I was trying to finish it for a show, and they required a lot of work. I'd use some from the spares box for these.

This kit in the Dragon line is completely plastic.

Warning: The vinyl tracks don't like oil based primers. It is best to use water based paint.

On a final note. If this kit were mixed with the old Hasegawa kit, A really nice kit could be made.
