I bought a sheet from Decalcomaniacs a couple of years ago. They weren't real good, usable, but not real good. Perhaps their quality has improved since then, I don't know. I bought a stencil set from R&J Products, I think it's made by Stencil-It. It has most all the stencils you'd need to make any French markings.
