HAPPY THANKSGIVING EVERYONE!

Thanks again for the warm-welcome-back!

Here's my plans...

The guns for the towed group build were done a while ago ... but most of the figures are in need of some details. The detail work on the figures will be done at a later time when I am in a very detail'ish mood... so that project is going to sit idle until later.

The M1 was completed but not weathered. I went ahead and finished the plow for the M1 and I'm going to attach it, then weather the M1.

I found a hobbycraft hummer in my collection so I went ahead and started that because I needed to feed that craving for fresh plastic, and it looks like a quick build. Tongue [:P] I'm sure the pieces won't line up because its a hobbycraft kit, but what the heck Smile [:)]

I also have an Italeri Elefant from the dusty-idle-workbench... maybe I can get her done with the M1 and the Hummer.....

Hopefully I'll have some pics to post real soon.

It's nice too see old members checking up on us somewhat newer members. Glad too see you're back in the swing of things. Sounds like you've got some pretty good friends here. Look forward too seeing some of your work and just having you here with us. Semper Fi, mike

Thanks for the re-welcome guys Big Smile [:D]

The towed gun for the group build was finished, but the entire diorama was not finished. I will post pics of the guns and the figures done so far.

What is the website URL that Larry setup for the Towed Gun GB?

Thanks

Welcome back Muzzleflash! Haven't been here in a while.
I would suggest finishing off something you had going on, and then waiting until the new year to join a GB, as there are plenty starting up around that time.

Welcome Back Muzzleflash! Boy I've missed you! If you're interested in seeing some Braille Scale models done, check out my Factory Tours. Frosty's been pretty busy as well detailiing the interior of a 1/76 scale Stug. That's the news form the Braille side of things. Too much going on in the 1/35 scale side of things for me to keep track of.

Welcome back Muzzleflash. Glad to have you back. Well you can still try to finish your entry for the towed gun GB. I know Larry wouldn't mind including it in the towed gun website.

Welcome back Steve, wonder what happened to you. Plenty going on. If I were you, I'd finished a build or two, then start fresh, say New Years 2005.

There is also a Battle of the Bulge Build that started 11-1, but lasts six months. There is a Pacific Armor build that also just started and in January we are having an Insane 1/35th weekend where you build any 1/35th armor kit in 48 hours (kit, glue and sedatives not included)

Greetings All,

Ok I have not posted in a LONG time. I seem to have too many hobbies. Tongue [:P]

Now that winter is approaching Maryland I'm starting to notice my modeling bench more and more. Wink [;)]

So... I dont know if I should finish off some of the works I've started, or push it all aside and just start off with something fresh. Black Eye [B)]

Maybe you all can fill me in on "the happenings" here so I know if there's a group build I could join, catch up on, or plan for what's coming next... and that might help me decide if I'm starting fresh or finishing what's on the bench now.

Thanks!
