There also a few larger scale (1/9) BMW and Zuendapp Bikes out there.
I think they were either by Heller, Italeri or Revell of Germany, not sure as they might have been repackaged kits.

Imai did a few Harleys in 1/12 scale, but they is gone now for a few years and their kits are scarce. Apart from that look at Gunze Sangyo High Tech kits, rare but some items are reissued at times.

Sorry, not much on any british bikes.

Italeri do a 1/9 scale Triumph and Harley. See triumph pic at:
http://www.italeri.com/articolo2.asp?ProCodice=7402&ProDescrizione=Triumph+3WH+WWII+Motorcycle

The only 1/35th WW2 bike kits that I am aware of are the Tamiya German BMW R75 side car, BMW and Zundap, NSU (comes with the Ardennes Konigstiger but was issued as a separate unboxed item) and Harley MP Bike (with windshield) and the Italeri BMW side car, Zundapf side car (probably worth a bit as a collectible now) and the twin Harley Davidson pack (you get 2 Harleys with 2 different riders - both of which are not worth using with the bikes)
