It is a Ural-4320.

that is a Ural 4320 Truck. It is approx. 5 ton. ICM also makes a kit using this truck in a cover cargo capacity with the S-100 100mm towed gun. I haven't built the truck yet, but I really like building the gun with the kit. Lots of little parts that really made the model a great build.

I am truly impressed with the quality of the ICM line so far. I will definitely buy many more of their kits in the future.

As stated above, it's the Ural 4320. THe kit is the ex-OmegaK casting, and is supposed to be quite good. I have it as part of ICM's Serbian forces set (the one towing the bs100 field gun). I haven't built it yet, and probably won't for a while, but I've heard many good things. One thing you might watch out for is the fit and allignment of the truck frame, as I've heard that if this is not exact, fitting the engine might be a problem.
There are a couple of reviews available online, but you can check out the one posted on the Alanger website.
