I am not one to try fancy zimmerit with putty (a month later and I am only have done with my tiled Panther A) , so does anyone know if any of the AM companies are planning PE or resin Zimmerit for the new Dragon Tiger P kit?

Since the hull is the same as the Elefant...you could probally use an Elefant set and trim it down to fit the Tiger hull...just a thought, not sure if it's 100% accurate or not... Haven't seen a Tiger (P) specific set just yet but then only 1 was ever actually used so you'd expect some lag on that front I'd imagine... Tongue [:P]

I will have to look into the Elefant set. Probably resin would be easier to trim. The broblem might be the turret. I don't get mine until Christmas, so my comparison may have to wait

Believe the Tiger (P) turret is an Early type...may have to kit bash sets from an Elefant and a Tiger to get the right combo...urghh...

I think I will keep my fingers crossed for something from Aber, Eduard, or Atak or Cavalier (won't be buying Verlinden until I make absolutely sure they didn't just make up a zimm pattern). Paying for one set of Zimm is hard enough- paying for two for one kit...

Yeesh, that would be expensive. Might cause someone to ponder the options before purchasing one.

There is currently no aftermarket Resin sets for the Tiger (P), but I would assume as the rest did that you can buy Cavalier or Atak zim and trim it to fit the hull and turret.

I would just bite the bullet and do it yourself Smile [:)]

Hey, Moses haven't talked to you in a while! I may still do it myself. I'm always short time and patience! Not sure yet.

Making my own zim would probably add anther 6 months to my build. Disapprove [V]
