Sturmtiger photos from Munster.
Posted by TMN1 on Friday, December 3, 2004 11:14 AM
Here are some pics from the Sturmtiger that the panzer museum in Munster had on loan from Koblenz.
I have been trying to find some details about this vehicle but I came up short. All I know is that it was captured by the Americans and returned to Germany after the war. No serial number available. Sorry.

I've been wondering if this Sturmtiger is the one I based mine off of? The one I used for reference was captured intact from PzStuMrBtr. 1002 near the town of Minden on April 14th, 1945. I believe it was sent back to Aberdeen, but I'm not sure.

Explaination : I do not work at the museum, but I know a guy who helps out there. These pictures were not taken by me but by some of my friends. I was hung up on work and couldn't go, but I will next year. They were kind enough to take these pictures ( and the Tiger I and King tiger from the 2 other threads ) and give them to me on a CD.
