Looking for info and pics for the Canadian Chevrolet 15cwt truck

I've recently bought on Ebay a very large "job lot" of second-hand, built 1/35 military
vehicles, most Tamiya and dating from the 1970s (judging by the quality of paintwork and assembly,
probably models someone built as a kid and stored in their loft/attic ever since!). There are a lot of interesting
models in the lot, both WW2 and post-war, but one that particularly caught my eye was what I initially thought was a
British Morris Quad gun tractor.
However, on comparing it to my Airfix model of this vehicle, it was obviously not a Quad, but a completely different
vehicle - I searched through my book collection and on the Internet for ages trying to find out what it was, I originally
thought it was either a Bedford or one of the Guy Ant series. However, I've finally identified it as a Canadian Chevrolet 15-cwt truck. The original kit was actually built by Airfix and is quite rare, which is why I've never seen the model before.
Anyway, are there any good colour pictures (either of models or the real thing) or reference material on the Internet for this vehicle? I've tried searching but without much luck.

BTW this is NOT the Chevrolet truck used by the British LRDG and available as a Tamiya (and Matchbox 1/72) kit, but a larger and much more "boxy" looking vehicle mainly used as a gun tractor.

Italeri makes one in 1/35,

and some company called "max", and it comes with a 6 pounder and looks like the Airfix one, both looks like old kits though.

Thanks very much for the help!
I'll check those links out when I have time.

I really need an Allied gun or howitzer of some kind for it to tow,
unfortunately all I have at the minute is German ones.
