Friends, Romans, Englishmen; what's the scoop on Cromwell Models?

Hello All,

If you can believe it, I've found a 1/15 scale Panzerkampfwagon II "Luchs". It's made by Cromwell Models. I have never heard of them, so has anyone here in the forum built anything from them? Thank you.

It's a company from England,so go to a conversion table to find your cost.As far as how good they are I don't know but there are plenty of Englanders on here that can help you out.Digger

In my experience, they are good kits but can be expensive due to the exchange rate. It can take some time to get models from them, but their stuff is worth the wait. If you want to save some time and money buy them from a shop or person in the U.S.

Okie Boy. One of the first "cottage Industry' resin vehicle manufacturers. Their kits are not cheap, and sometimes the instructions are a bit vague, but the quality is quite good. They specialised in British vehicles that the mainstream guys won't touch (the big guys think there is no market for them outside England - fools), but have branched out in recent years.

Tracks are often link and length resin, and need to be heated with a hair dryer to provide sag.

Worth a go if you have the cash to spare.
