Another Factory Tour.

Well, I managed to get a bit more progress done. The toughest one was the M-19 Tank Transporter. The cab just doesn't want to fit together well! Anyway, here are some of the pics I got.

The ACE 1/72 scale BMP 2 is going kind of slow, mostly because I have to do so much cleanup of the parts! I did manage to get the road wheels on:

Next is the m-19. Here you can see how bad the fit is. This is the cab top test fit to the bottom part.

Note the windshield glass. I used some of that clear plastic from one of those thick vacuum packages that they seal things in for display and are so impossible to open. Glued it in with Elmer's glue, it worked great!

The lower chassis went together pretty well. Here it is sitting upright:

...and here I turned it over so you can see the suspension detail, such as it is....

Finally, my little Sdkfz 232 is complete, assembly-wise:

She'll be painted Panzer grey, as shown in the directions.

That's the news for this time. I apologize for no burgers, the Aircraft Factory guys used all the charcoal and didn't replace it! Sad [:(] I'll have them back next tour! Wink [;)]

Comments are welcome!

Lol! Big Smile [:D] Thanks for your comments and for coming to my tour joe. Yeah, the aircraft factory workers used all the charcoal, and left none for my aircraft factory tour as well! Black Eye [B)] I've got more on the way for the next Tour. Approve [^]
