G'Day Mates !

I have just purchased Tamiya's Dragon Wagon.

How easy is to Build and what should I look out for ???

This is one of Tamiya's best kits. It has very good detail and is easy to build if you take your time to build it using subassemblies. IMO, it is one of Tamiya's best kits, ranking with the the FAMO and the new T-55. If I had the extra cash I would buy another Dragon Wagon.

You've picked a real winner there. It goes together quite well but there is always room to add a few extras, especially in the cab. But if you want to just build it OOB it makes into a great kit. I posted some online reference sources in another thread, here's the link.

The only thing i had real trouble with was the photoetch exhaust pipe cover. couldn't get it to bend to the right contuor,

cader28 - did you try heating it over a candle, it takes some of the temper out of the PE and makes it easier to bend.

no, but i'm an idiot. However, i did get the whole thing painted with an aztek airbrush--that was a BIG SURPRISE. Hell, the thing craps out on me if i look at it the wrong way.
