im planning on building a amphibious tank. i would like it to be parially submerged in water. any ideas on how do make this water, weather the water, make a base to support the water as well. thanks in advance. please be as much detailed as possible because this is my 1st time doing it!

Woodland scenics makes fairly cheap and easy to mold/use water. I used it on my model trains and it is very simple to use and it looks great!
