Does anyone know where I can get military style tires for AMT's WW.II Jeep kit? It is 1/25 scale. TIA
Lee

Blue Tank produced a battery powered Jeep kit that is marked 1/35 scale on the box, but is actually 1/24 or 1/25 scale. It has military style vinyl tires but are not that nice. I plan to use them on my Hogan's Heroes Jeep after a little sanding. A friend sent me an e-copy of the original directions that show the usage of the recoilless rifle and machine gun mount.

Italeri also makes a 1/24 or 1/25 Jeep and Fire Jeep kit that I may try making resin casts of the tires. I've got the fire Jeep kit and it is basically the same kit as their regular Jeep but molded in red with an extra sprue with fire equipment on it.

You could also see if 1/35 scale military truck tires (like for the M35) would be the right size.

Hey Rob,
Would you want to part with that Fire jeep Kit? I've been looking for it for awhile!
Please E-mail me at glwiller@hotmail.com, thanks

Unsure about parting with it. I do have an extra set of the Fire Jeep stuff. I built one as a regular Jeep and have the fire equipment and decals left over.

Rob,
Send me an Email at the above listed. I would be interested in just your
left over parts. I have enough xtra jeeps to build what I want with your parts.
Thanks in advance and......
