Can my Pibber in action (diorama) be a reference link?. If so, here's a sample pic (more pics can be found at http://modelmaniac.hypermart.net/model10.htm):

Model maniac.
Your diorama is frightening close to the one that I built about 5 years ago.
The water and shore line are almost identicle mine.
My diorama depicts a LRRP team being picked up in a hot zone.

As for details.
I havent seen any except the stuff that comes in the box.
One thing that I did is cut up super fine brass rods and sprinkled them
on the deck to simulate used shell caseings.

Hi, I'm just the owner/collector, not the modeler of this diorama. I never saw james's
work and I remember giving my modeler an old pibber (to be repainted), a box of figures
from Dragon, plus an idea that I want a wooden hut on the bank of the river. I also
remember that Art Instructor (my modeler) complained that the hut alone took him
3 days to make.

James, why don't you show your dio here so we can look at similarity, if any.
Most of my dio's were built out-of-the boxes. I hardly use any aftermarket products
or things like that. I agree with what "sgirty" posted in "Dragon Karl Morser" topic,
that "... it's not so much the kit as it is the modeler and what they can do with the kit,
is what counts in the end.". ;-)

I know that the kit in the photo is not mine.
The diorama that I built is currently owned by my sister inlaw.
I was just noticing how close they looked.
I did not mean to imply that the kit in the photo is mine.
Check back in a couple days .
I will try to get those photos online on this page.
