Revell's Tiger family go together well and are fun to build. I've also heard good things about their Pz IVJ.

If you are into the slightly more esoteric stuff, look out for 'garage' kits from companies such as SHQ, Scale Model Accessories, Exokit, Cromwell, S&S, MMS... You should find most of those companies' websites, with catalogues and prices at

www.scalemodelindex.com

Enjoy!

Well some of the best right now are by revel of germany. Their tiger 1 early, middle, late with steel wheels will knock your socks off. Their panther a/d models is also impresive. The panzer III, panzer IV are also very nice. The stug IV is a reissue of a matchbox kit and is fair, but when combined with a new panzer IV chassis(it fits great) it makes a great little model. Also their cromwell is nice but their crusader III is a reissue of a hassagawa kit. The jadg panther is alos a bit dated. Hasagawa makes some fine stuff, especially their new line of panzer IV chassis. There is a lot more, if you have a question about a particular kit e-mail me and i'll try to help you out. Happy BIll

Hello, I am interested in getting into modeling armor in 1/72. I have modeled armor in 1/35 in the past, but never 1/72. I would appreciate it if anybody could recommend some good kits of Panzers or Tigers in 1/72. Thanks so much.
