I guess this is both an armor and figure question, but I hope its ok to combine into one post here under armor.
My next project will probably be a Tamiay WWII half-track. I am using Testors acrylics. ( I understand other types recommended for figures, but I want to keep that part simple at this stage of my learning.)
I am unclear as to what colors to use for, well, everything(!), but mainly am asking, what colors for:
The armor itself ( straight Olive Drab?)
The armor's tracks
The figure's pants.
The figure's shirts
The figure's boots
I am a relatively young modeler ( not in age..). I'm not yet up to trying to produce a FSM photo grade project, but hope to do some weathering too with this one, and maybe put it in a simple diorama.
