A pale green called Sea Foam Green. British WW2 Sky or Sky Type S is a real good match for the green.

Crew compartment floor (skid plate) is natural aluminum. Inside of ramp and hatches are forest green.

Have the interior colours remained the same since the 1960's to today?

Cheers.

Yes, kind of. Original M113A1s were painted white inside. Once they started being used in Vietnam, it was found that the seafoam green stood out less and blended in with the environment better. Since mid-1960s, all have been seafoam green. Most US APCs are seafoam green on the interior, M2 Bradley, AAVP-7, M93 Fox, etc.

Model Master has an armour interior green that is a very good match to the interior green on M-113s and M-577s in their enamel line. Don't know if they have it in their acrylics line however.

I use Model Master Pale Green as that is the interior color I remember from my days as a commander of 113s and 577s

No it is not a bluish gray. It is a very light green.

Seafoam green interior on an M901 ITOW.

I prefer the Testors Model Master Pale Green. Some say it is too dark, it works for me, looks just like the vehicls I serve on.
Here is my M7 BFIST using MM Pale Green.

i made an m113 with sea foam green interior and to tell you the truth i dont think it looks that great. Maybe a balance between sea foam and OD would look better i think

Whether it looks great or not, that is the interior color of US APCs. See my above post with interior pic of a M901 ITOW, M113 chassis varient.
