Good memory on the Verlinden kit........terrible.
Unfortunately I was not able to get the Sexton with CDP tracks....already was sold out but I have contacted S-Models and he is more than willing to sell me just the tracks and drive sprocket at a very reasonable price.

I'm not sure which Sexton that you bought but S Models has made two. Kit 039 has the CDP tracks and sprockets -- the first time that these have appeared in any kit. Personally, I like mine quite a bit. I put together some of the major components and I'm armed to the teeth with great reference photos.

Also, Verlinden did a woeful Ram many moons ago. Pile of junk

First Look - S-Model's Ram & Sexton

Hey All

Just a quick note on S-Models resin releases of these 2 Canadian W.W.II veterens. Both of these kits are not built for beginners or the faint of heart. The castings are course with lots of air bubbles and excess flashing everywhere. Much like Eastern European plastic kits, they are about 10 - 15 years behind the skill levels of some of the more established resin manufacturers. There is the ever present warping in some of the larger surfaces, especially on the Sexton. Both of these kits will present challenges, even for the more experienced builders out there but they are certainly welcome editions that will never be touched by the major plastic manufacturers. This is (as far as I know) the only Ram on the market at this time and at first glance the most accurate. There is another Sexton on the market, but it is almost twice the price of this unit. Both of these kits and other products by S-Models are available on-line at Military Hobbies.
