Help...how do I include a pic?

Good evening (or I guess morning) Gents,

I want to submit a photo of my project I have queried this list about...i.e. my Tiger I, Late variant.

I have painted the camouflage and wanted opinions on the accuracy of the colors/scheme as well as your thoughs on my zimmerit representation. But when i click on the 'insert picture' icon, I get text...no other options. Any ideas?
