In Band of Brothers Episode 8, at about 11:40 into the episode, there is something that looks like a canabalized tank driving past Lt. Jones. Does anyone know what this is supposed to be?

According to my RP Hunnicutt Bradley book, that's the early production cargo carrier M29 Weasel. Monogram used to have a kit of the M29C Amphibious Weasel which looks quite different from the early M29 pictured above. They reversed the engine compartment (from front to rear) and gave the C a boat shaped hull.

Take a little drive one day down to Wetaskawin, they have a couple of them at the "original" Reynolds Museum (not the Government owned one). They also have a few other interesting pieces laying around. Mr. Reynolds was quite the packrat.
