is this useful?

It's a quicktime VR file of tamiya's M1 that I have been slowly digitizing (except for the treads which from several sources). I just have the chasis and rightside track done at the moment - it's also not lit very well so there are some dark areas

Basically, the file allows a viewer to "walk" around in full 360 degrees and limited zoom in/out capabilities. Anyone with qt viwer 3.0 or better can see this file.

The file is also 12meg (right at the moment), so dial ups will need just about an hour to dnload with a 56k modem

if all goes well, I'll have one for each of the m1 series

It took me a couple of minutes and I have a pretty highly tweaked cable connect, but it was very very neat. Keep it up man, I'd like to see a completed one. I'm impressed, nice work!

Thanks claymore. I will try to keep the final file size smaller - either that or offer them to the community on cd if the resolution gets real horrible .
