WWII Tarp Colors???

Hi, I would like some peoples oppinions on what color a WWII tarp was in 1943 in german service. any replies would be appreciated.

PS> I dont know if they are all the same but the tarp would be on the Eastern Front near the time when the battle of Kursk took place, probably alittle earlier, so say May or June.

I don't know how accurate it is but I use Testors model master "Field Drab" for almost all of my WWII tarps allied and axis both. I assume most canvas for the armies was in a field green/gray color. Anyway, this color looks good in contrast with most "drab" colors.

Thanks a bunch, how ever i ended up using dark earth from Testors model master. it looks pretty good. who knew kleenex could simulate tarps and bed roles so well lol.
