Sure you can paint tracks.
But furst you had to wash tnem with soap.
Paint them in black matt. Apply a red-brown wash and finish by a small dry-brush with grey and an other one with aluminuim.

Thanks for the info i laid down a couple of coats of dark green today as a base coat and will mix a yellow colour for the next coats. Also with these old vinly tracks can you paint them or not as i have read conflicting info on this. Regards Bob.

The snorkle mounts off center of the turret, towards the left. On the version your building you can leave the snorkle off though. The kit is older and parts like the gunners sight fit is poor. Verlinden Productions makes a great detail set # 1627. This features an excellent risen turret and barrel, along with photo etch parts. Good luck and enjoy your first armor kit!

Hi guys iam building this kit as my first armour model and am wondering about the snorkle that comes with it as there are no locator holes for it and all photos i have dont show one, so whats the go with it should i put it on or leave it off. By the way i will be doing a captured syrian version. thanks regards Bob.Cool [8D]
