That thing you see there is a Simba armored vehicle built by GKN of the UK and assembled here in kits. Its about the same size as a Cadillac-Gage V-150 and is normally equipped with a one-man .50 cal. turret. Those troopers you see beside it wear an urban camoflage of white, greys and black. I was able to take a ride in one of those a few years back.
