Hard to tell if its two tone, or 3 tone. Its kind of a small pic but I would say it looks two tone. Up until the very late part of the war there were only 3 standard colors to choose from. Units often got to decide how to paint their own vehicles, and there seems to be a lot of probably green foliage around. I would GUESS that it would be “dark yellow” and “dark green” Tamiya colors. In the end though it only really matters what your interpretation of it is.

That particular Porsche Turret is painted in a two tone Dark Yellow/Dark Green camo.

If I had to make a specific choice, I'd say it's a three tone camou job. Your pics are of a tank belonging to the 1st company of s.Pz.Abt. 503. Photos and colour plates that I have found dealing with the 2nd and 3rd companies of this same heavy tank battalion also have the three tone camou. Erock68's posted link is right on the money.
