Dear Mr. Shermanfreak (and Sherman fans)

Hey Shermanfreak (and all Sherman Fans), have you seen this site?

http://homepage1.nifty.com/lefthand/ShermanCon/0321_1.html

It's a Sherman contest held my local modeling club, Naniwa Sensha-tai, at my favorite shop, Mammut, a mere 10-minute walk from my house.
Life is good!

Hmmm...now that I've written this, it's seems like I have seen this posted already...apologies if this is old news!

Great site.

I really like the Sherman wading ashore and the 105 howitzer in the snow
Trevor Where am I going and why am I in this handbasket?

I have that Italeri kit (in the box) with the US Marines Coming ashore. I guess now I know what the model is supposed to look like. I have some great ideas for a beach landing (after I finish my German armor stint)

I'm glad ya'll appreciate it!

I don't know about Mandarin, but in Japanese it'd be something like "su, sugoi!!" (note stuttering effect emphasizing the "holy %#&" factor.)

My only regret is that my Dragon M4A3E8 JGSDF Sherman didn't make the show in time. It was finished and ready to go, but they held the contest on a Friday afternoon! I thought it was on Saturday! So I brought it in Friday night, after the judging...too bad.
Not that I had a chance of winning, but at least it coulda been in the pictures!

Just a pure lack of technical acuity! And digital photos.
HOWEVER, I did just have a bunch of stuff photographed digitally (including the EZ8) and shall post pix like a banshee in the very near future!
By the way, where's the best place to get hosted? I know a coupla fine forum members here are hosting, but I forgot who...I'll investigate.
