That is the 37mm. The flak 43 was introduced in the last half of 1943 and would not have seen action in Africa (the invasion of Sicily was in Jult '43) but it it would have seen action all over the european continent. Production numbers vary by account from a few hundred to nearly 7,000 but I believe the actual number to be close to the higher. It had a crew of 5 and was camoflaged like the other vehicles of the time in various paint schemes.

just wounder if any one has any info on this gun how mainy crew did it have what therater it sore active services commoflage ect .
