Pretty cool stuff Muzzleflash. Now I have a good idea how to use putty. Does it leave any residue?

Very clean. I´m looking forward to see more.

Just on a side track, isn´t it funny though that kits always seem to come with the same jerrycans? These being the standard allied/NATO ones..

Hey Steve ...... great work !!!!!

And thanks for the link showing how you achieved that camo pattern, it really helps a lot.

I see this is the Revell kit. Does anyone know if this is a rebox of the old Esci kit ?
Is so then you have really done an excellent build on this kit, the old Esci was a wee bit of a dog !!!

Happy Modelling and God Bless Robert

Thanks all!

The kit is Revell (of germany) Kit 03039, and I believe it is out of production? :(

The kit started ok, but then problems were overcome by sanding and dry fitting. I got one piece of the headlight so well that it was a bitch to get it back apart and then glue it and put it back again.

The tracks are semi-indy in that there are 2 pieces of short length already made and you link up the rest, not much of a help having only one piece done.

Today I am detailing the smaller items like the chains, locks and wheels. I hope to finish it soon in the "clean" stage, and then give it a mud bath to match the box photos :)

Thanks for the input, more pics sooooon! (maybe this evening)
