                        This is the first time that I have been able to build a Tamiya kit and have a question. Is it normal that they include parts that are not listed in the instructions and that don't seem to have any where to go on the kit? I am building a M151A2 with TOW and am pretty much through building and have 10 or so pieces that just don't seem to go anywhere.

                        yeah there of the other M151A2s they make
                        there are options in the kit , use one or the other, just put them in your spares box

                        Thats what I thought a couple of the pieces I have no idea what they would be used for though. Guess I can get creative with them later on with something else.

                        He's right. Tamiya's M151A2 comes in three boxes: TOW, Jeep w/M60, Jeep with soft top and trailer. All three versions will build into a basic Jeep with M60 machine gun and radio in the rear. Back seat is optional in this version and the radio is optional as well. This means you get extra antenna parts if you omit the radio. Also there are necessary parts to make a USMC version.
