Yep definately pixelated. Did the camera come with photo editing software? If so you could try the "sharpen" tool.

I think you should be able to get a clearer picture regardless of editing software. If your camera has a close-up feature, try that. If not, your manual should tell you the minimum distance you can be to shoot pictures (get as close as possible, but too close and it gets out of focus). Disengage the flash and rely on natural lighting would be best. A tripod isn't necessary, but placing the camera on a steady surface and using the timer button would help too.
