If you actually want to make some kind of Jig, try using a couple of small nails spaced appropriately in a small wooden block. Not the most adjustable, but the spacing will be perfect every time, as well as the bend radius. You could knock out hundreds in a matter of a few minutes.

Two straight pins place a small distance apart. Bend the wire around the first leaving enough to bend around the other, thereby having a bend, straight section, bend, cut the access off.

Take some practice with the pliers, but it works for me.

I also use needle nose pliers, the smallest set I could find. They can usually be found in a hardware or electronics store. What I do is make a little mark on the pliers at the point where the handles are the right size, grab the wire and make the two folds at the same time. Consistantly the same size every time.

Help me with my handles

Hey, maybe someone out there can help me. I like to use wire to replace the handles on armored vechicals. The problem is I end up making about 50 handles just to get 2 that look the same. Does someone have an easy way to make matching handles. I've been using needle nose pliers but the jaws are never the right size to just bend the wire around them.
